We understand that platform credentials are among the most sensitive data you entrust to us. We maintain strict security protocols for handling all platform authentication data.
All platform credentials, access tokens, and API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Encryption keys are managed separately from the encrypted data and are rotated on a regular schedule.
Access to platform credentials is strictly limited to the automated systems that require them to execute your campaigns. No AutoSquirrel employee has direct access to your decrypted platform credentials in the ordinary course of business.
Your platform credentials are never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party. Credentials are used exclusively to perform the actions you authorize through the Service.
When you disconnect a platform account from the Service, the associated credentials and access tokens are immediately and permanently deleted from our systems. No copies or backups of disconnected credentials are retained.
We engage the following categories of third-party service providers to help us operate and deliver the Service:
We use Stripe, Inc. for payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy. For more information, please visit Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We use Hetzner Online GmbH for server infrastructure and hosting. Our servers are located in data centers operated by Hetzner. Hetzner processes data on our behalf in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
We use Anthropic's AI models to power certain content generation and optimization features within the Service. When you use AI-powered features, relevant content data may be processed by Anthropic's systems. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with its privacy and data handling policies.
We use Resend for transactional email delivery, including account verification, password resets, billing receipts, and service notifications. Resend processes your email address and message content on our behalf.
All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and are prohibited from using your data for purposes other than providing services to us. We select our service providers carefully and require them to maintain appropriate security measures.
We do not sell your personal information. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your account information and campaign content are retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your account data within thirty (30) days, except as required by law or legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).
Platform credentials are deleted immediately upon disconnection of the associated platform account. Upon account deletion, all remaining platform credentials are deleted immediately as part of the account closure process.
Transaction records and billing information are retained for seven (7) years to comply with tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations under applicable law.
Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement purposes, as it cannot be used to identify individual users.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. We will provide this information in a commonly used, machine-readable format within thirty (30) days of your verified request.
You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you. You may also update certain account information directly through your account settings.

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your information within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required or permitted by law.

AutoSquirrel is based in the United States, and our servers are hosted in data centers operated by Hetzner, which may be located in the United States, Europe, or other jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
