AutoSquirrel LLC
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AutoSquirrel LLC, a Montana limited liability company ("AutoSquirrel," "we," "us," or "our"), with its principal place of business at 1001 S Main St, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901.
By accessing or using the AutoSquirrel platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including users who access the Service on behalf of an organization or business entity.
AutoSquirrel is a self-hosted LinkedIn automation and outreach engine designed to help professionals, agencies, and businesses streamline their social media marketing and engagement workflows.
The Service provides automation capabilities across the following twelve (12) platforms:
The Service supports fifteen (15) integrations, which may include but are not limited to CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics dashboards, scheduling tools, webhook endpoints, Slack notifications, Zapier connectivity, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Airtable, Discord, Microsoft Teams, and custom API integrations.
The Service incorporates artificial intelligence to assist with content generation, message personalization, campaign optimization, lead scoring, and audience targeting. AI features are provided as tools and suggestions; you remain solely responsible for all content published through the Service.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.
AutoSquirrel offers three subscription tiers:
Additional user seats may be added to any plan for $25 per seat per month. Seats are prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle upon purchase.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you select at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in United States dollars (USD) and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
If you are on a monthly billing cycle, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a monthly billing period.
If you are on an annual billing cycle, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription, calculated from the effective date of cancellation to the end of the annual billing period. The refund will be processed within fourteen (14) business days to your original payment method.
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@autosquirrel.io.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this Acceptable Use Policy, including removing offending content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
The Service interacts with third-party platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and others listed in Section 2.1. Each of these platforms maintains its own terms of service, acceptable use policies, and community guidelines.

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, software, design, trademarks, and branding, is and will remain the exclusive property of AutoSquirrel LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and foreign jurisdictions.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant AutoSquirrel a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or recommendations regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such Feedback in any manner and for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications ("Third-Party Services"). These Third-Party Services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
AutoSquirrel does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Services, and your interactions with Third-Party Services are solely between you and the applicable third party.
We strive to maintain the availability and reliability of the Service at all times. However, you acknowledge and agree that:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
AUTOSQUIRREL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM AUTOSQUIRREL OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOSQUIRREL LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOSQUIRREL'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO AUTOSQUIRREL DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND EVEN IF AUTOSQUIRREL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoSquirrel LLC, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:
AutoSquirrel reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing all use of the Service. Cancellation procedures are described in Section 6.3.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@autosquirrel.io. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within sixty (60) days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed with formal legal action as provided herein.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against AutoSquirrel.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days' notice before the new terms take effect, through email notification or a prominent notice within the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoSquirrel regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of AutoSquirrel to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. AutoSquirrel may assign these Terms without restriction.
AutoSquirrel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages.
